I got tired looking for a site that somewhere between the exhaustive, wonderful episodic reviews of TV Club, somewhere I could quickly find out when the new season of Breaking Bad was starting and the sideways photoshop humour of Ultra Culture. Knowing enough people who wanted to read a witty and informative web site about television shows, I thought it best to start one myself.

Few things unite people – particularly in the age of Twitter – quite like a new episode of Mad Men or Game of Thrones. TV Wonder aims to serve as a webzine for people who get excited every week for the latest shows both sides of the Atlantic and beyond.

Regular features including My Favourite Episode where people enthuse over their favourite iteration of a particular show and Have You Seen? – a short yet informative introduction to a show that you might not have happened across before look to invite new programmes into your life.

I’m really excited to be putting together something that will hopefully be both a point of reference and a source of new discovery. There’s a lot to come and I hope you enjoy it. Please don’t hesitate to point out what you’d like to see and bear with me and the people who have given up their time to contribute whilst we find our feet and make TV Wonder something worth pausing your Sky+ for.
